Two beguiling notecard portfolios from British publisher (and artist) James Ellis, presenting cards that are petite (4¾ square) paragons of pleasant pastimes. Each set includes 4 each of 2 designs. The cards are printed on luscious cover stock that takes all manner of medium beautifully, from fountain pen to LePen, and graphite to colour pencil. The gusseted portfolio is sturdy enough to repurpose for storing or transporting labels, glassines &/or similarly-sized accoutrements. And the interior flap includes the artist's name & a micro-bio.
