NEW Finding the Stories in Your Life | Allan Hunter

NEW Finding the Stories in Your Life | Allan Hunter

Instructor: Allan Hunter

Date: Saturday, June 8 — 2–5pm

Everyone has a story to tell. In this workshop, we’ll use short writing exercises to get closer to what is uniquely yours—your particular way of telling stories. The exercises will lead you closer to understanding your perspective on your stories: how you can best tell them; and, what the specific insights are that will energize your writing and make it more clear. We’ll use guided imagery, archetypes, and other mind-opening techniques. We’ll learn to dive in and bring things to the surface, so you’ll know what you have to say and how you want to say it.

You will receive a nifty notebook with ruled pages & your choice of a Japanese paper covered pencil.

Our studio is light-filled, airy, and organized. You are welcome to browse our extensive library of books about bookbinding, calligraphy, and drawing. We look forward to sharing our love of drawing & painting with you in this three hour workshop!
